Our goal at the onset of the project was not just to make the site look beautiful but to make it function beautifully with a new website design. Working closely with the client we were careful to think through every aspect of the ecommerce process from how shoppers were finding the site, to product categorization and searchability, to the checkout process and customer reorders. And what were the results? Within just three weeks of the website launch sales were up and in a BIG way! In fact, the GoodThings ecommerce site experienced:
105% Increase in traffic
61% Increase in revenue
46% Increase in overall conversions
53% Improvement in conversion on abandoned carts
All that AND with the increased revenue stream almost paying for the cost of the website redesign.
